Sourced from smallholder farms in the lush highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, this washed coffee offers comforting notes of chocolate, toasted nuts, and subtle citrus, creating a rich, medium-bodied cup.

Using the Mountain Water Process, caffeine is naturally removed with pure glacial water from Mexico’s highest mountain, Pico de Orizaba, preserving the coffee’s flavor while eliminating 99.9% of caffeine.
