To preserve its natural flavor, the coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a gentle, chemical-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine using only water. This process protects the coffee’s natural oils and flavor compounds, allowing the beans to retain their smooth body and balanced profile.

Sourced from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, this coffee is carefully decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, a natural method that removes caffeine using pure water from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in Mexico.
