Swiss Water® Process

Carefully decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, Bali Decaf removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural character. A medium-dark roast brings out its balanced richness and warm caramel notes, while lighter or darker roast options reveal different layers of fruit, cocoa, and body. This is a fresh roasted decaf coffee made for quiet mornings, relaxing evenings, and smooth everyday drinking.

Roaster’s Recommendation

Medium-Dark Roast
This coffee shines at a medium-dark roast, where its earthy depth, caramel sweetness, and full body are most expressive.

Alternative Roast: Medium
Roasting slightly lighter highlights softer fruit notes and a smoother, more delicate body.

Darker Option: Dark Roast
Roasting darker brings forward deeper cocoa tones and a heavier body while maintaining its smooth character.
