Highlander Signature Blend – Green Coffee Beans

Highlander is a carefully crafted multi-origin green coffee blend developed by Mile 22 Roastery for a balanced, full-bodied cup with plenty of character. We keep the exact blend proprietary — this is the same green-coffee combination we use to create Highlander at our roastery.

Roast It Your Way
Highlander gives home roasters the opportunity to roast a true Mile 22 signature blend from green bean to finished cup. The coffees are intentionally blended before roasting so they develop together as one complete profile.

Recommended Starting Roast: Medium to Medium-Dark
A medium roast will retain more sweetness and origin character, while a medium-dark roast develops a richer body and deeper, more traditional Highlander profile.

Experience Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Home Roaster Note: Because Highlander is a blend of different green coffees, individual beans may develop at slightly different rates during roasting. Watch the overall color, aroma and progression of the batch rather than trying to make every bean look identical.

Important: These beans are green and unroasted and must be roasted before brewing.
