Processed by Beneficio San Diego using Costa Rica’s distinctive Honey Method, this coffee is dried with natural fruit sugars still intact to enhance sweetness and body. A medium roast brings out its honeyed sweetness and gentle fruit notes, while a slightly darker roast adds deeper caramelized richness without losing balance.
