Fresh Roasted for Balance and Clarity

Café Delas Dulima is sourced from women coffee producers across Central and Southern Huila, Colombia. Grown at elevations of approximately 1,500 to 2,000 meters and washed processed, this coffee brings together varieties including Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. At a medium roast, it develops a full body with notes of chocolate, red fruit, and bright citrus for a smooth, balanced cup with plenty of character.
