We're here to reassure you, when you order freshly roasted coffee it's completely normal! Dark roasted coffee beans release a natural oil that also helps produce a strong, fresh flavor!

As long as the bag remains sealed, it is “vacuum” packed and will remain fresh for 6 months unopened. Our coffee bags are heat-sealed with a one-way valve. This allows the gases to escape without allowing any air or odors to get in.

Opened bags have a 8 week shelf life for desired freshness.
