The creation process was one to remember.

We involved our family to help brainstorm & research the history of Black Creek, ensuring we created each individual blend to be very unique.

Designing the artwork and allowing our creative brains to flow was a liberating experience.

We might be biased, but the most enjoyable to create & research was 1862.

These are to honor the village that continues to bring us great opportunities & so much support.

1862 -

Indulge in the history of Black Creek with every sip of our 1862 Extra Bold Blend – a coffee crafted with passion and respect for the village's storied past. Originally named Middleburg, the village transformed into Black Creek in 1862 due to the distinctive dark-colored creek on its outskirts.

Crossroads to the Northwoods -

This medium-dark roast reflects the essence of the Northwoods in every sip, capturing a unique taste of sweet tobacco, spice and chocolatey tones. Embracing the adventure with our Crossroads Blend, where the heart of Black Creek leads to the Northwoods.

Route 47 -

A tribute to the history of State Route 47. Beginning in the Fox Valley, winding through the heart of Black Creek. Creating a roast for our first store front location, just felt...fitting.
